If you are not satisfied with you purchase with us? lets start your return process

We offer you 30 days free return or exchange. LONOVE have very easy returns and exchange policies for our valued customers.

Sale items are not convered under Return & Exchange policy.
Processing time for return or exchange is 3 working days after product received at our warehouse. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 working days.
Please make sure that all items must be returned unused and should be in its original packaging.
For International purchases (outside UK & EU) shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for returns or exchanges.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Lonove Vitamin C Serum, flowers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Styling Tools:

We are happy to issue a return or exchange on all items provided they are returned unused, in their original condition and packaging along with all the accessories (heat mat, glove, etc.) they come with. Your returned purchase will be inspected by our quality team at the warehouse it is sent to before we issue you a refund or exchange.

Please note that all styling appliances come with a 1-year limited manufacturers warranty. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement of your Appliance within the warranty period. The 1-year warranty period is valid from the date of delivery. The warranty is not applicable under the following circumstances:

The product sustaining any normal wear and tear (scratches, fading etc)
Willful damage, accident or negligence
Abnormal storage or usage of the appliance
Failure to operate or use the appliance in accordance with the guidelines stated in this user manual
Any repair or modification carried out by any third party
The theft or loss of the product


Returns received at our facility by mail within 14 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges. Any return received in our store after 14 working days of the delivery date will be refused and no refund or exchange will be permitted. For outside UK clients, please note you are responsible to return the item/s.

Refunds

Processing time for return or exchange is 3 working days after product received at our warehouse. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lonove@lonove.co.uk

Exchanges

Processing time for exchange is 3 working days after items received at our warehouse. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lonove@lonove.co.uk and send your item to
